The Roots of our Veterinary Centre
Take a step back in time to the year of 1940. " During the war we exported six stock cockerels to Russia from Dunmow train station!" These words were from a client of ours who worked in the land army and actually lived at Marks Farm for a year. However, it was very basic back then, with no running water or electricity. Thankfully Marks Farm now has all the modern utilities, and is one of the five original manor houses in the area.

And today
Jerry Moloney took over the practice in 1992, re-launching it as the Marks Farm Veterinary Centre. Since then Jerry and his team have worked relentlessly to upgrade the facilities and services they provide for clients and their pets. Extensive refurbishments to the whole building in 2006 saw a major extension which has allowed for two new operating theatres, separate dog and cat wards, a complete re-fit to the in-house laboratory, along with a major investment in new diagnostic equipment. Now the dust has settled, our close communicative veterinary team who have been in the practice for many years, can ensure the continuity of the highest level of animal care and client service.
